RizzWorks

How it works

Three steps.
Zero busywork.

  1. Import your resume

Upload a PDF or Word file. RizzWorks turns it into career data: roles, skills and wins you can check and correct. Free.

  2. Get matched

Every day you open the app, up to 10 new jobs are scored against your experience for free. Want more? Score 25 more for 5 credits.

  3. Tailor and apply

Tailor your resume to a job with suggestions you accept or reject, export an ATS-safe file, and track the application.

Where the jobs come from

Real postings, straight from the source.

We read public job boards and company career pages, such as those run on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Each posting is fetched once and shared across everyone, which keeps things fast and cheap.

  • Postings link back to the employer's own page
  • Pay is shown when the employer lists it
  • Duplicates and expired roles are filtered out

Match bands

Know where you stand. Instantly.

Every job gets a score from 0 to 100 based on how well your real experience covers what the posting asks for. Then it lands in a band:

Strong 76+Good 70–75Decent 60–69Not likely 45–59Not recommended under 45

A score is a guide, not a verdict. It tells you where your resume already lines up and which gaps to address before you apply.

The tailoring coach

Better words. Same truth.

The coach reads the job and your career data, then suggests changes as cards. Accept, reject or edit each one. Nothing changes until you say so.

  • Never adds skills or jobs you don't have
  • Asks you a question when it needs a detail
  • Shows the price before every session

Resume Review

Two scores that actually mean something.

One for whether software can read your file, one for whether a person will be convinced. Each comes with specific fixes. Free.
