Do credits expire?
No. Paid credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused paid credits are refundable on request from Settings. We cover the card fee. Welcome and Between Jobs credits have no cash value.
Is there a subscription?
No. There are no subscriptions and no auto-reload. You only pay when you choose to buy a pack.
What happens if an AI action fails?
It costs nothing. Credits are only spent when the action succeeds.
Why do bigger packs have a bonus?
Card fees are a smaller share of a bigger payment, so we pass part of that saving back. The $9.99 pack is the default and is all most people need.
